Samsung Nexus S- fact or fiction?

Tipped to become Samsung’s flagship Android device with an announcment rumoured to be early next year, the Samsung Nexus S is reported to run on the new Gingerbread (Android 2.3) operating system.
Tech website Engadget was the first publication to get pictures of the rumoured device.

The mythical successor to the Nexus One is said to boast a 4-inch AMOLED screen, curved back, hosts a front-facing camera and will be available on T-Mobile. It’s expected to be announced at the same time as Google’s official Gingerbread announcement.

Neither Samsung nor Google have confirmed the existence of this device, Engadget contacted Google for comment and were told that the company doesn’t comment on rumors or speculation.
